Group Problem-Solving Sessions
Visual Facilitation is an interactive, collaborative process designed to help teams navigate complexity, generate ideas, and move toward meaningful solutions. As your facilitator and visual thinking partner, my role is not simply to record conversations but to actively guide dialogue, deepen engagement, and support collective problem-solving.
Using my unique system of hand-drawn words, symbols, shapes, and metaphors created live on large-format paper, whiteboards, or digital platforms, I help teams see patterns, clarify ideas, and uncover connections that may otherwise remain unseen. The visual process encourages participation, strengthens understanding, sparks creativity, and builds alignment among participants.
Whether working virtually or in person, Visual Facilitation transforms meetings, workshops, and strategic conversations into dynamic, engaging experiences that lead to clearer thinking, shared understanding, and actionable outcomes. designed to bring clarity, insight, and a fresh perspective. Using simple visual tools and accessible
drawing techniques, we work together to transform challenges into meaningful possibilities and
actionable solutions.

Visual Storytelling can capture the essence of a conversation, presentation, workshop, or organizational vision in a way that resonates with diverse audiences and inspires deeper understanding. By combining thoughtful design with meaningful metaphor and imagery, each piece is created to communicate ideas with clarity, emotion, and impact.
Iryna is an experienced graphic recorder, designer, illustrator, and artist, working fluidly across paper,
